At the moment JadeHairXtensions does not provide refunds or exchanges. Any questions or concerns regarding hair maintenance please email jadehairxtns@gmail.com and please allow 24-72 hours for a response.

 

SHIPPING

 

• All orders will receive a confirmation email of their tracking # once processed and have been shipped out.

 

• Processing time is between 1-3 days. Shipping is between 1-3 days USPS this does not include processing time.

 

• Please provide accurate information for the shipment. Apt #, zip code, email address for order confirmation, etc.

 

• We are not responsible for missing packages please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

 

We are located in the Plantation area in the state of Florida. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup including the address and time. You have 5 days to pick up your order. Processing time is between 1-3 days. Please provide accurate information for email order confirmation.
